In this system, the identities of both authors and reviewers are fully concealed to ensure objectivity and fairness in the evaluation process. Authors do not know who reviews their manuscripts, and reviewers are not informed of the authors’ identities.
Each submitted manuscript is thoroughly assessed based on originality, scholarly contribution, clarity of argumentation, and alignment with the journal’s focus and scope.

- Independence and Objectivity
Manuscripts submitted by authors who are also registered as reviewers will be assigned to different reviewers to maintain the integrity of the double-blind review process. - Role of the Editor-in-Chief
The Editor-in-Chief may act as a reviewer when a manuscript aligns with their area of expertise, while strictly adhering to publication ethics and maintaining impartiality. - Reviewer Qualifications
Reviewers are selected from experienced academics and practitioners who meet the following criteria:- Have published in reputable national or international journals within the last three years
- Possess a verifiable academic track record through recognized indexing platforms such as Google Scholar or equivalent
- Reviewer Rights
Registered reviewers of ELEOS are permitted to submit their own manuscripts; however, their submissions will be evaluated objectively by other qualified reviewers.
