Mewarnai Market Place Dengan Prinsip Kepemimpinan Kristen: Belajar Dari Teladan Hidup Rasul Paulus
Abstract
The life of the apostle Paul is always interesting to observe. One of them is that through his life as a tent maker at that time, the Apostle Paul was able to color the market place with good news. This article attempts to offer ideas for today's believers to color the market place with Christian leadership principles from the example of the life of the apostle Paul. Through descriptive qualitative methods and literature studies, it is hoped that we will be able to provide a strong picture regarding what Christian leadership truly looks like, the life example that the Apostle Paul passed down specifically which has an impact on the market place, and how contemporary believers can color the market place with the principles of Christian leadership. . It was concluded that to color the market place, believers need to do their best in the world of work with full dedication, making themselves exemplary role models, becoming excellent person and full of creativity.
Abstrak
Kehidupan rasul Paulus selalu menarik untuk dicermati. Salah satunya diantaranya adalah melalui kehidupannya sebagai tukang pembuat tenda waktu itu, rasul Paulus mampu mewarnai market place dengan kabar baik. Adapun artikel ini berupaya untuk menawarkan gagasan bagi orang percaya masa kini untuk mewarnai market place dengan prinsip kepemimpinan Kristiani dari teladan kehidupan rasul Paulus. Melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif dan kajian literatur, diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran yang kuat terkait seperti apa sejatinya kepemimpinan Kristen itu, teladan hidup yang rasul Paulus wariskan secara khusus yang beririsan dengan market place, serta bagaimana orang percaya masa kini bisa mewarnai market place dengan prinsip kepemimpinan Kristiani. Disimpulkan untuk mewarnai market place maka orang percaya perlu melakuan yang terbaik dalam dunia kerja dengan penuh dedikasi, menjadikan dirinya role model keteladanan, menjadi pribadi yang unggul dan penuh kreativitas.
